Education and Background

Lorenza earned his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T, along with a certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling. He has pursued additional training in Marriage and Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, and Dance and Drama Therapy. Lorenza is also a certified Rainbowdance® instructor — a movement therapy designed to support children with impulsivity, self-confidence, and self-worth.

In addition to his clinical background, Lorenza brings valuable experience from his career in education. As a former teacher in the Guilford County school system, he taught pre-K through 5th grade and tutored students with learning disabilities. This blend of educational and clinical expertise allows Lorenza to connect with clients of all ages.
