Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. I want to encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to make sure that your insurance is able to take my services. I also provide free itemized bills that you can turn into your insurance provider if billing out of network. At times clients are able to receive monies back when using out of network benefits.
How long does a session last?
Your session length depends on the session or package type. Click PRICING for further information on session type and length of session.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card if applicable.

How many sessions will I need?
I honestly can not tell you 1 or 10. My goal is to help you achieve exactly what you or your family is looking for. Whether that be marriage counseling, supporting your parenting approach when handling your mischievous child, or working on personal problems related to anxiety, depression or anger.

Yes. The minute you step into my office – your information will remain private and confidential. In addition, my offices – both locations Greensboro and Winston Salem – are located in private professional buildings that further your confidentiality.
