Education and Background:

Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts, in Political Science from The College of Wooster, Wooster, OH and her Master’s degree in May 2024 from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC.

Victoria holds training experience in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) for Attachment Trauma, Incorporating IFS Therapy with EMDR, SP, CPT, AEDP, DBT, and Psychedelic Medicines for Treating Complex Trauma and PTSD, Somatic Trauma Healing, Polyvagal & Neurobiological, and previous clinical and mental health work experience includes working as Clinical Therapist Intern with CultiGREAT Wellness Solutions. Specialization:

Victoria enjoys working with ages 18 and up. This includes individuals and couples. People who are seeking support with depression, anxiety, or stress that is beyond what they can cope with. She enjoys working with those struggling with liking themselves, or understanding purpose, body/food/weight struggles, hyper-vigilance and collapse trauma responses, navigating relationship transitions or endings, imposter syndrome, fear and desire to explore gender and sexual identities, family of origin conflict or trauma, attachment wounds, wanting to learn how to set and keep boundaries.

Clinical Approach:

I see myself as a co-navigator and partner in your mental health journey. I approach my clients with warmth, empathy, and an invitation to co-create the space they need to face the issues that bring them to counseling. From the beginning, I emphasize the inclusion of consent, feedback, establishing safety, and building trust in our therapeutic relationship.
