Hi, I’m Yasmin Rodriguez, and I am passionate about helping you feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with children (ages 8+) to help them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, using strategies that build confidence, coping skills, and emotional resilience. With adults, I provide support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma, focusing on practical tools and insight to manage stress and improve well-being. My approach is individualized, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly understood.

More About Me

I find that one of the key factors that supports the counseling process is the relationship between the counselor and the client. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and respected. Outside of the therapy room, I love arts and crafts, hiking, yoga, and cycling—anything that gets me moving or lets me be creative. I’m always eager to learn new things, whether it’s a skill, a recipe, or a new hiking trail.

Family, culture, and self-care are important parts of my life. I adore my pets, love curling up with a good romance novel, and am usually listening to whatever music fits my mood.

Let’s Work Together

Starting counseling is a courageous step—and I’m here to make that step feel as comfortable and empowering as possible. If you’re ready to begin your counseling journey, I’d be honored to support you.
