How to increase awareness and proactivity?
This way when you feel physical pain you are able to address it early versus allowing it to progress.
Listening to your body can be done each day. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon.
During this time reflect on the following questions:
- Am I experiencing any physical pain?
- Is my body holding onto any tension or stress?
After the reflection, focus on soothing your body. Below are ways to soothe your body.
- Give yourself a massage.
- Use essential oils.
- Take a hot bath.
- Use a weighted blanket.
