  • Participate with care, kindness, and respect to other Program participants and mentors.
  • Come fully prepared to give your best efforts to the Program.
  • Complete all action steps to maximize your results.
  • Promptly provide payment for the Program.
  • Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch and grow.
  • Ask any questions you may have as they arise.

Storage.  All data and Confidential Information is stored through a data management system. This data and Confidential Information can only be accessed by those who help manage that information in order to deliver email or otherwise contact those who would like to receive our correspondence.  You agree and acknowledge that we, including but not limited to our team, staff and affiliates, and those who manage the data management system may have access to your Confidential Information.

Group Q&A Calls and Facebook Group. Our Program comes with access to Group Q&A Calls and a private Facebook Group. Confidentiality is important to us. At the same time because this is a group setting, you are aware that when you participate in the Program through Group Q&A Call or interact with any group members by any means during the Program, including in the group forum, Facebook group, retreat, or other public settings, you are voluntarily sharing and disclosing information which may be seen, heard, collected and used by others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any use of any or all of the information that you share with other group participants, whether during the calls, online, in private conversations, or in any other manner. You understand that the Group Q&A Calls and Facebook are public platforms, and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for what you voluntarily share during the Group Q&A Calls or in the Facebook Group.

How We Use Cookies.  We may use the standard “cookies” feature of major web browsers. We do not set any Confidential Information in cookies, nor do we employ any data-capture mechanisms on our Website other than cookies. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.

Relationship:

The course in no way establishes a client-counselor professional relationship or any such relationship. The student (user) (the person purchasing the course) agrees to take the course independently. The student (user) (the person purchasing the course) agrees to NOT hold the creator of the course Juan Santos liable in any way connected to law.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
