WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR COUNSELING SESSION

During your counseling sessions, we want to work closely with you to create a relationship in which you feel comfortable and supported. Our goal is to support you with your mental health treatment and goals to the best of our ability and to be with you in your journey. During the sessions, the counselor will work closely with you to ask questions about your symptoms, personal background, family history, and other pertinent medical and psychosocial areas. At the counselor’s discretion, you may be asked to take psychometric inventories, these are simple mental health assessments that help the counselor get to know you a little bit better.

As each session gets closer to the final session, the counselor will work with you to achieve mental health treatment and goals.

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR COUNSELING SESSION

Interested In Counseling?
If you are not certain, please list what you feel would be the most important primary service to start with. The intake coordinator will support you during the scheduling process.
Please check multiple age boxes if needed. Please only add information you are comfortable sharing. This is not a HIPAA compliant form. The completion of the form does not establish a counselor and client relationship. If you're experiencing a crisis that can't wait, please first contact 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency department.
